Job summary

The role requires a BS and 3–5 years of related experience, with knowledge of PennERA and NIH eRA Commons. Strong financial acumen and contract liaison skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science and 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit sponsored proposals and budgets.
• Monitor post-award expenses and manage subawards.
• Set up accounts, subaccounts and subcontracts; coordinate with ORS contracts office.
• Ensure compliance with sponsor reporting requirements and maintain records.
