The University of Pennsylvania, Perelman School of Medicine, is seeking a Grants Manager A/B to support the research activities of the Division of Hematology Oncology. This role manages complex grants from pre-award through post-award with multiple sub-contracts, collaborating with Principal Investigators on budgets and proposals.

Responsibilities include monitoring expenditures, preparing monthly financial reports, ensuring sponsor compliance and OMB Uniform Guidance, and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science required with 3–5 years of experience, or equivalent
• Experience managing complex grants and sub-contracts
• Familiarity with pre/post award processes and sponsor compliance

Responsabilités

• Provide pre and post award financial administration support for investigators
• Monitor grant expenditures for compliance and take corrective actions as needed
• Produce and distribute financial reports and advise on university policies
• Manage post award activity to resolve issues per university policy
• Mentor and train other Grants Managers and staff
