Family Health Center of Worcester is seeking a Grants Manager to oversee a portfolio of federal, state, and private grants. The role emphasizes grant development, writing, and post‑award administration across multiple awards, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment with organizational goals.

You will collaborate with program leaders and finance to develop budgets, narratives, and sustainability plans, while coordinating with cross‑functional teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of grant development, writing, or grants administration experience.
• Experience in health care, Federally Qualified Health Center, or nonprofit setting preferred.
• Excellent writing, editing, research, and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of proposals, letters of inquiry, and related materials for assigned portfolio.
• Develop and manage proposal workplans; coordinate contributions from staff; assist with budgets and narratives.
• Coordinate post‑award review, launch, and reporting; ensure compliance with funder requirements.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and reporting; advise leadership on financial implications.
• Maintain records in Bloomerang and other systems; support cross‑functional coordination.
