Job summary

Family Health Center is seeking a Grants Manager to lead grant administration and program activities across multiple initiatives. This remote role is within an hour of Marshfield, WI, requiring collaboration with internal teams and external partners to secure funding and ensure regulatory compliance.

The position emphasizes data-driven program evaluation, contract coordination with vendors, and ensuring adherence to grant requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Education, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of professional experience with grant-funded programs.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and manages program and grant-driven initiatives that address identified health care-related needs and align with organizational priorities.
• Coordinates grant administration throughout the award lifecycle, including grant writing, award acceptance, internal approvals, amendments, recordkeeping, report submissions, financial and procurement coordination, and grant closeout with attention to detail.
• Facilitates internal and external meetings to promote collaboration and alignment among stakeholders and ensures follow-up on identified actions.
• Oversees the implementation of assigned programs and initiatives to ensure work plan activities, deliverables, and timelines are met.
• Supervises the development of educational materials, articles, and other program-related content to support grant-funded and organizational initiatives.
• Conducts needs assessments, analyzes data and builds data dashboards to inform program strategies, evaluate outcomes, and guide deliverables.
