Job summary

The Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers is seeking a Senior Manager of Grants & Operations to lead the division’s administrative lifecycle, budgets, and audit-ready data. You will partner with Compliance to ensure strong controls and timely reporting.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Workforce Development and Training, you will manage grant lifecycles, KPI dashboards, SOPs, and support major programs including the CHI conference.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7–10 years managing end-to-end grants and budgets.
• Experience in non-profit/healthcare settings preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle of departmental grants, contracts, and funding streams.
• Manage monthly budget reconciliations and financial narratives.
• Develop SOPs and audit-ready documentation.
• Lead KPI dashboards and performance reporting.
• Provide administrative support for major events including CHI.
