Neighborcare Health seeks a Grants Manager to lead the full lifecycle of government and health care grant funding, including HRSA$ and other sources. Responsibilities include proposal development, award setup, reporting, and ongoing compliance tracking.

The role partners with Finance, Operations, and program leaders to ensure grants are implemented as awarded and aligned with priorities. The ideal candidate brings strong project management, grant compliance judgment, and excellent writing skills

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of grants experience, including federal grants.
• Experience with grant reporting, renewals, and compliance.
• Strong writing skills to translate program data into funder-ready narratives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across Finance, Operations and senior leaders.

Aufgaben

• Lead the full grant lifecycle from prospect review to closeout.
• Manage a portfolio of complex grants (HRSA, federal, state, local).
• Translate program and financial data into funder narratives.
• Develop and monitor grant budgets with Finance and program leads.
• Track deliverables, deadlines, and reporting requirements.
• Maintain grant records and compliance documentation.
