Formación

• Bachelor's degree in public health, public administration, business, communications, finance, nonprofit management, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of grant development, grant writing, grants administration, or a closely related function.
• Experience in health care, Federally Qualified Health Center, or nonprofit setting preferred.
• Excellent writing, editing, researching, and analytical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development of competitive grant proposals, letters of inquiry and related materials.
• Coordinate proposal work plans with Finance and program teams to develop budgets and narratives.
• Manage post-award administration, reporting, and compliance for assigned grants.
• Maintain records in Bloomerang and coordinate cross-functional grant activities.
• Prepare funder communications, site visits, and routine grant-related audits.
