Qualifications

• Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License with acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and manages grant-driven initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
• Coordinates grant administration through award lifecycle, including writing, approvals, and reporting.
• Leads meetings to promote collaboration among stakeholders and assigns follow-up actions.
• Oversees program implementation, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develops educational materials to support grant-funded initiatives.
• Analyzes data and builds dashboards to inform strategies and outcomes.
• Supports contracts with external vendors and coordinates invoicing for grants.
• Ensures compliance with grant requirements and mitigates risks.
• Provides technical assistance on grant administration to staff.
• Represents the department to internal and external stakeholders.
