Family Health Center Of Marshfield is seeking a Grants Manager to lead grant activities and coordinate staff across projects within the service area.

Remote position within an hour of Marshfield, WI; travel may be required to support grant-related programs. The role reports to the Director of Grants and Community Engagement and focuses on compliance, reporting, and data-driven program planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Education, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of professional experience with grant-funded programs.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License required with acceptable MVR.

Responsabilités

• Develops, implements, and manages program and grant-driven initiatives to improve health.
• Coordinates grant administration throughout the award lifecycle, including writing, approvals, recordkeeping, reporting, and closeout.
• Facilitates meetings to promote collaboration among stakeholders and ensure action item follow-ups.
• Oversees program implementation, deliverables and timelines.
• Reviews program deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Builds data dashboards to inform program strategies and evaluate outcomes.
