Job summary

RISE Foundation is seeking a Grants & Fundraising Officer to lead its efforts to identify and secure financial resources. The role focuses on grants, corporate sponsorships, philanthropic funding, government funding, and other sources to build a sustainable fundraising pipeline.

The officer will research funders, develop high-quality proposals, manage deadlines, follow up, and help establish fundraising infrastructure for RISE Foundation.

Qualifications

• Fundraising and grants experience preferred.
• Strong ability to research funders and philanthropic opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communications for proposals and narratives.

Responsibilities

• Research foundation, corporate, government, philanthropic, and institutional funding opportunities.
• Maintain a grant and funding prospect pipeline.
• Prepare letters of inquiry, concept papers, grant applications, narratives, and supporting materials.
• Develop compelling descriptions of RISE's mission, programs, and impact.
• Coordinate with program leadership and CFO for budgets and financials.
• Track submissions, decisions, and reporting requirements.
• Identify recurring and multi-year funding opportunities.
