Job summary

FoundationCCC is seeking a Grants Management Coordinator to support the full lifecycle of active grants within the ROI unit. You will manage contracting for grant agreements, maintain records in Salesforce, and track deadlines in Asana, ensuring accurate deliverables for funders.

The role emphasizes data integrity, cross-functional coordination, and timely grant reporting. A 1.5–2 year track record in grants administration is preferred, with a remote-first setup and CA residency.

Qualifications

• 1.5–2 years of administrative experience supporting grants in a grants development or grants management office.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Asana or willingness to develop high proficiency.
• Experience with complex scheduling and meeting coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the contracting process for new grant agreements, including distributing award letters and securing signatures in compliance with policy.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and track deadlines and deliverables in Asana.
• Prepare materials for funder reports and coordinate with program and finance teams.
