The Surge Institute is seeking a Grants Administrator to support fundraising by researching funders, writing proposals and reports, and cultivating relationships with new and existing funders. You will work to meet deadlines, maintain a donor database, and prepare materials for foundation submissions.

The role reports to the Chief Advancement Officer and is full-time and remote with occasional travel. A strong eye for detail and persuasive writing will help advance Surge's mission to serve youth
