Job summary

The Parent Child Center of Tulsa is seeking a Grants Manager to oversee foundation, United Way, and government funding. You will lead research, writing, reporting, and ensure grant requirements are met to maintain funding streams and plan yearly grant goals.

As a full-time role, you will collaborate with VP of Development and program leaders, manage a grants calendar, and mentor the Grant Writer while tracking outcomes for funders and program continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit management, English or related field.
• At least three years’ experience in grant writing with demonstrated success.
• Excellent organizational, writing and communication skills.
• High skill level across Word, Excel, Adobe and cloud-based software.

Responsibilities

• Forecast funding needs with leadership to identify new opportunities.
• Create and manage the annual grant plan and timeline.
• Oversee research, writing, editing and reporting on grants; ensure compliance with funder requirements.
• Monitor program outcomes and report results to funders and leadership.
• Hold monthly grants meetings and maintain grant database and contacts.
