Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business administration, or related field required.
Minimum 3 years of nonprofit financial management, grant administration experience.
Experience with GAAP principles and audits preferred.
Familiarity with government and private grant compliance and budgeting.

Responsibilities

Maintain budgets and forecasting in collaboration with leadership.
Manage financial reporting (monthly/quarterly/annual) and share insights with stakeholders.
Oversee full lifecycle of grants, including pre/post award, reporting, and close-out.
Ensure compliance with donor guidelines and internal controls.
Support audits and Form 990 preparation as needed.
