Job summary

ParentChild Connections in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Grants Manager to oversee all grant activity including foundations, United Way, and government contracts. You will develop yearly grant plans, coordinate research, writing, reporting, and ensure adherence to funder requirements.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to forecast needs, manage timelines, maintain a grants database, and present updates at a monthly grants meeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit management, English or related field.
• 3+ years grant writing experience with successful funding.
• Strong writing, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe, and cloud-based tools.
• Culturally sensitive and supportive of volunteers.
• Ability to manage grant timelines and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage grant activities including planning, research, writing, and reporting.
• Forecast funding needs with leadership; oversee outcomes and funder compliance.
• Maintain grant database and multi-year timelines.
• Lead monthly grants meetings; coordinate with program staff.
• Support Grant Writer and supervise as needed.
• Keep funders informed of program changes and outcomes.
