Tulsa Responds, a program of Tulsa Community Foundation, is seeking a Finance & Grants Coordinator to manage budgeting, grants, and financial stewardship in Tulsa, OK. The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership and partners, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting across programs.

The position supports audits, financing activities, and ongoing program improvement under the Director of Operations, with regular coordination across departments and stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of nonprofit financial management or grant administration experience.
• Familiarity with GAAP, fund accounting, and grant compliance.
• Experience with audits and working with diverse partners preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for Tulsa Responds.
• Oversee grant life cycle, compliance, reporting, and close-out activities.
• Track expenditures, perform cash flow analysis, and liaise with funders.
• Coordinate invoicing, payroll data, and internal controls with staff.
• Support audits and prepare Form 990 and related filings.
