OSU-Oklahoma City is seeking a dedicated Grants Professional to lead grant development and administration as the campus’s sole grants expert. You will align external funding with institutional priorities, manage proposals, budgets, timelines, and post-award activities, and serve as PI for select initiatives.

The role requires graduate-level credentials and a track record of federal grant success. Office hours are Monday–Friday, with some evenings as needed; joint College/University

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of grant development and administration experience.
• Track record of funded federal grant proposals, including at least one multi-year award.
• Experience budgeting, timelines, logic models, work plans, and evaluation plans.
• Experience post-award financial management including budget monitoring and closeout.

Responsabilités

• Identify funding aligned with institutional priorities and manage grants calendar and monthly digest.
• Lead proposal development with faculty and staff, including narratives, budgets, and letters of support.
• Manage internal proposal approvals, cost share, and institutional commitments.
• Coordinate with OSU Foundation on private/corporate proposals and funder relationships.
• Oversee awards from kickoff through closeout with compliance and reporting.
