The successful candidate will lead grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and corporations, and work with leadership to align funding with agency priorities and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in researching and writing grant proposals for government, foundations and corporations.
• Ability to develop proposals with clear objectives, budgets, timelines and outcomes.
• Strong collaboration with program leaders and development staff to tailor proposals.

• Proficient in writing and leading grant opportunities across government, foundations, and corporations.
• Research potential grant opportunities aligned with the org's mission and priorities.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop proposals with budgets and timelines.
• Maintain knowledge of Easterseals MORC history, programs and financial landscape to identify funding opportunities.
• Prepare high-quality grant proposals and reports for funders and manage submission calendars.
