Easterseals Florida is seeking a Strategic Grants & Funding Manager to coordinate our funding portfolio and turn opportunities into mission impact. The role reports to the Chief Philanthropy Officer and oversees the full funding lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to managing awarded funds and ensuring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five or more years of grants management, institutional giving, grant writing, government contracts, or related field.
• Excellent writing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership/follow-through.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office and donor databases.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate funding opportunities aligned with Easterseals Florida's mission.
• Coordinate development of grant proposals with program and leadership.
• Serve as central coordinator among Philanthropy, Programs, Finance, and Leadership for grants.
• Guide grants and contracts through the funding lifecycle and ensure compliance.
• Monitor grant performance, budgets, and spending to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare reports demonstrating impact and stewardship of funding.
• Strengthen funder relationships through proactive communication.
