Job summary

Easterseals Florida is seeking a Strategic Grants & Funding Manager to coordinate the full funding lifecycle from identifying opportunities to managing awarded funds and ensuring outcomes. This role reports to the Chief Philanthropy Officer and collaborates across Philanthropy, Programs, Finance, and Leadership.

The position emphasizes strategic partnership, strong project management, and proactive fundraising activity to align resources with organizational priorities and community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five or more years of experience in grants management, institutional giving, grant writing, government contracts, nonprofit program management, or a related field.
• Experience with government grants or contracts preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong ownership/follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate funding opportunities that support Easterseals Florida's mission and strategic goals.
• Coordinate the development of grant proposals, applications, and funding requests with program and organizational leaders.
• Serve as the central point of coordination among Philanthropy, Programs, Finance, and Leadership for grant-related activities.
• Guide management of grants and contracts across the funding lifecycle, ensuring compliance and accountability.
• Monitor grant performance, outcomes, budgets, and spending to identify opportunities and risks.
• Prepare reports and communications that demonstrate impact and stewardship of funding.
