Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in an administration/accounting position, preferably in a two-year college/university setting.
• Evidence of analyzing financial data for reporting purposes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing month-end and fiscal year-end closing and reporting processes in preparation for the Annual Financial Report for both the College and Foundation.
• Assist in maintaining the property management database.
• Assist in budget preparations.
• Reconciliation of all general ledger accounts
• Serve as backup for Accounts Payable processing/disbursing vendor checks when needed.
• Prepare invoices and billings.
• Process employee travel reimbursement requests according to LSSC policies and procedures.
• Assist with the preparation of audit schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
