Job summary

Lorain County Community College seeks a Grants Accounting Manager to oversee the fiscal integrity of grant and restricted accounts and to serve as the college's expert on federal, state, and other grant requirements. You will supervise staff and ensure timely, accurate accounting, reporting, invoicing, and audits.

Starting from $79,600 annually, commensurate with experience, this role offers a hybrid work schedule after probation, comprehensive benefits, tuition assistance, paid time off, onsite

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; four to seven years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (test required) and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the fiscal integrity of grant and restricted accounts.
• Supervise Grants Accounting staff and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Coordinate invoicing, drawdowns, and compliance with grant regulations.
• Prepare annual budgets and FFATA/SEFA reports.
