Job summary

MidwayUSA Foundation is seeking a Program Coordinator to join our Program Coordination team in Columbia, Missouri. This is a hands-on, support role reporting to the Program Coordination Manager, with day-to-day direction from the Senior Program Coordinator to keep grants, donations, and data moving accurately and on time.

You will maintain program and donor data, process donations, and support the cash grant program, while serving as the first point of contact for constituents.

Qualifications

• Prioritizing and managing multiple deadlines with a proven track record.
• Sharp attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Comfort learning new databases and systems quickly.
• Clear, professional communicator able to take direction from multiple people.
• Proactive; follows up without being asked twice.

Responsibilities

• Keep program, grant, and constituent data accurate in our systems and flag discrepancies early.
• Process donations, distribute gift receipts, and recognize donors.
• Support cash grant program from processing applications to preparing materials for the Board's Grant Review Committee.
• Be a first point of contact for constituents with program-related questions.
• Assist Incentive, Matching, and other Grants Programs as needed.
• Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs, travel and weekend work to support Foundation events.
