Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in resource development or coordination.
  • Experience writing competitive proposals for foundations, corporations and public agencies.
  • Knowledge of grants management, including budgets and online applications.
  • Ability to interpret budgets in relation to proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate research on funding sources and track grant opportunities.
  • Coordinate with lead grant writers and contractors on submissions.
  • Manage proposal development with finance and program staff for timely submissions.
  • Monitor grants and ensure timely reporting and data collection.
  • Collaborate with communications to promote awards and impact.
