Grant Cardone Foundation is seeking a high-energy, detail-driven Fundraising & Programming Coordinator who can execute at a high level and keep everything moving. This role sits at the intersection of fundraising, operations, and programming, supporting donor outreach, coordinating events, and handling day-to-day administrative work to keep fundraising and programming efforts running efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in coordination, fundraising, or sales support.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to manage scheduling, logistics, and multiple priorities.
• Comfortable handling administrative work while supporting revenue-generating efforts.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accountability.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred (HubSpot or similar).
• Experience supporting events or working in fast-paced environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, scheduling, and logistics for donor meetings, internal meetings, partner meetings, and programming events.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, leadership, and external partners.
• Track action items, follow-ups, and deadlines to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Prepare materials for meetings, donor conversations, and programming events.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks that support fundraising operations.
• Research and identify prospective donors and support outreach efforts.
• Maintain and update donor pipeline activity within CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Assist in planning and executing donor experiences, events, and programming.
• Draft MOUs and distribute documents for review and signature.
