Job summary

The Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office is seeking a Data Specialist to assist the grant team with collection and reporting of grant project data. The role supports both grant-funded and non-grant funded Attorneys with data related to misdemeanor and felony cases in Tulsa County.

Responsibilities include organizing large data sets, tracking case data for federal grants, ensuring data integrity, performing descriptive analysis, and developing reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Relevant work experience and/or education.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Microsoft Office applications- Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point-beginner level.
• Must be able to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
• PREFERRED: Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• 2+ year’s relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain data related to criminal cases, investigations, and outcomes.
• Track and report case data for federal grants.
• Ensure data integrity through validation processes.
• Perform descriptive statistical analysis for grants and attorney needs.
• Develop reports/presentations for stakeholders (attorneys, law enforcement, grant officials).
• Prepare descriptive intelligence reports with charts/diagrams.
• Collaborate with ADAs, investigators, and grant coordinator for data-driven support.
• Review and evaluate intelligence relating to criminal cases.
