Job summary

Tulsa County at the DLM Criminal Justice Center is seeking a data entry and clerical specialist to support pretrial release programs and court services. Under supervision, you will input data, maintain records, and assist with investigations.

Essential duties include background checks, entering forms into databases, attending daily bond dockets, and preparing pretrial packets for court consideration. This is a safety-sensitive, full-/part-time position with strong county benefits.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to graduation from a standard four year high school; associate degree preferred; two years of court services experience.
• Typing and data entry skills with accuracy and speed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct background investigations and assess defendant data.
• Input information and interview forms into databases and maintain records.
• Attend daily bond dockets and prepare pretrial packets with recommendations.
• Answer inquiries and update case information in systems as needed.

Education
