Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 2–3 years of writing experience.
• Ability to meet deadlines, work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent communication, math and writing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and proposal development tools.
• Pre-employment skills assessment and writing samples required.

Aufgaben

• Write, prepare, and assist with grant proposals, inquiries, reports, and acknowledgments.
• Coordinate grant materials and ensure timely submissions with internal teams.
• Support Directors in signature initiatives and mass mailings.
• Assist Corps and Program Directors with grant-related requests and reports.
• Maintain the divisional grants calendar and deadlines.
• Gather narratives, budgets, and documentation for proposals and reports.
• Train staff on the Golden Volunteer Management system and address user needs.
• Research opportunities and compile program information to support fundraising.
• Schedule funder meetings, prepare briefing packets, and support stewardship.
• Manage grant records in Salesforce and track invoices and communications.
• Review program revenues to ensure grant expenditures align with requirements.
