Job summary
The Salvation Army Southern Territory is seeking a seasoned fundraising executive to plan, develop, implement and oversee foundation giving and government grant activities. You will build strong relationships with foundations and government partners while guiding a team to meet annual fundraising goals.
You will collaborate with programs and grants staff to prepare compelling proposals, manage donor data, and ensure timely reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7+ years of foundation/fundraising experience.
- CFRE certification preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex foundation and government grant programs.
Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise staff for foundation giving and government grants.
- Develop, implement and evaluate grant strategies to meet fundraising goals.
- Strengthen relationships with donors, foundations and government partners.
- Coordinate with programs and Grants/Contracts teams on proposals and reporting.
- Oversee donor management system and maintain accurate records.
