Job summary

Avenue 360 is seeking a Grants Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of grants, ensuring compliance with reporting, contracts, and budgets. You will coordinate across departments to optimize grant performance and monetization while supporting staff with contract requirements.

The role reports to the EVP, Finance and collaborates with the development team to steward relationships with federal and local funders through Granttracker+ and related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Degree required.
• Minimum of three years experience with grants management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the lifecycle of grants from development through award, implementation, reporting and invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with reporting and contractual and budget obligations; liaise with contracting entities and provide staff with contract program requirements.
