Job summary

Avenue360 Health And Wellness is seeking a Grants Manager to oversee the lifecycle of grants and contracts. You will coordinate across departments from development through invoicing, ensuring compliance with reporting and budget obligations, and serving as a liaison with contracting entities.

The role requires 3+ years of grants management experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and the ability to implement policies and data reporting processes. This is a fulltime on-site role in Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Art or Bachelor of Science degree is required.
• At least three years of grants management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight to ensure the seamless, integrated coordination among departments for the lifecycle of grants, from project development through award, implementation, reporting, and invoicing.
• Oversees and manages grants to ensure compliance with reporting and legal requirements, fulfillment of contractual and budget obligations, and interface with contracting entities and staff regarding contract program requirements.
• Maintains effective communication with staff responsible for project elements to establish and ensure the flow of information among departments to achieve project success and full monetization of contract.
• Collaborates with pertinent administrative and program staff, develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure grant/contract compliance and that effective data collection and reporting mechanisms are in place.
• Serves as ongoing liaison for compliance to work with Avenue360 management team to ensure stewardship of these relationships.
• May serve as key contact on federal grant programs, including staying current on grant requirements and coordinating submissions in relevant portals.
• Maintains understanding of FQHC, FTCA, CDBG and other governmental program requirements and familiarity with resources for these programs.
• Prepares and submits grant and contract reports as assigned and according to contractual obligations.
• Responsible for implementation, management and optimal utilization of grant/tracker systems for tracking contracts, deliverables, and renewing documents.
• Maintains accurate records of all activities for each grant, with data entry support from team members.
• Coordinate with appropriate staff.
• Participate in monitoring visits, audits and related activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
