Job summary

Avenue 360 is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in the Greater Houston area seeking a Grants Manager to oversee grant and contract lifecycles, ensure compliance, and collaborate across departments to maximize program deliverables and reporting. The role involves coordinating with funding agencies, maintaining records, and supporting policy development.

Responsibilities

Oversee the lifecycle of grants from development through award, implementation, reporting and invoicing.
Ensure compliance with reporting, contractual and budget obligations and interface with contracting entities.
Maintain cross-department communication to monetize contracts and achieve project success.
Develop policies to ensure grant/contract compliance and effective data collection/reporting.
Serve as liaison with Avenue360 management to steward grant relationships.
Act as key contact for federal grants (e.g., HRSA 330) and submissions in HRSA portal.
