Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Grants Compliance Specialist to manage state and federal grants, reports, and apprenticeship program compliance across multiple jurisdictions. You will own the reporting calendar, prepare funder narratives and financials, and ensure audit-ready recordkeeping in partnership with Operations, HR, Finance and Legal.

Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years in grant or compliance administration; advanced Excel skills and cross-functional collaboration are essential to

Qualifications

• 3+ years in grant administration, compliance administration, workforce program administration or similar.
• Demonstrated experience under regulatory framework and audit cycles.
• Proven ability to manage a reporting calendar and meet external deadlines.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for trackers and reporting.
• Experience owning a records management system end to end with retention and retrieval.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting calendar for all active grants and partnerships, delivering funder reports complete and on time.
• Prepare and submit interim and final reports to funding agencies.
• Maintain complete award files with agreements, budgets and amendments.
• Monitor spend against grant budgets and flag variances early.
