Job summary

San José Clinic seeks a Grants & Reporting Specialist to oversee post-award grant management. You will ensure funder compliance, coordinate internal reporting, and maintain robust documentation to demonstrate program impact.

Responsibilities include preparing reports, managing reporting calendars, collecting data across departments, and ensuring alignment between narrative, statistical, and financial information. Collaboration with clinical and development teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit grant reports on time.
• Create a reporting plan for each grant and maintain calendars.
• Coordinate data collection from multiple departments.
• Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Monitor performance against grant commitments and notify leadership as needed.
• Maintain grant documentation and ensure compliance with funders.
• Escalate potential missed deadlines to Development leadership.
