Job summary

New Season seeks a Grants Coordinator to oversee coordination of grants, ensure compliance, and complete timely reports at clinic level. The role involves working with payer systems, training staff, and supporting grant billers within healthcare grant programs.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of grant experience, knowledge of healthcare terminology, and be comfortable navigating multiple payer portals. Florida grant experience is preferred and travel is possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of previous grant experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare terminology and billing processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Florida-specific grants experience preferred (Florida only).

Responsibilities

• Submit data reports by the due dates as set forth by the payers.
• Monitor the Grant Administration email daily to view requests, especially billing episode changes.
• Submit required performance measure reports as requested by the payers.
• Provide treatment center training on payer compliance requirements as needed.
• Offer support to Grant Billers and RCM requests as needed.
• Create detailed notes in the system to reflect all actions performed on the account.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard the operations of the business.
• Keep lines of communication open with the Treatment Centers to ensure goals are met.
• Adheres to the service policy and principle of New Season.
• Other duties as assigned.
