Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency and one year of accounting experience, or equivalent training/experience.
• Proficiency with reporting tools, Excel, and enterprise financial systems such as PeopleSoft Financial System.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CALS Ledger 4 project designations to identify funding sources and apply appropriate accounting requirements.
• Review and validate financial transactions across funding sources for compliance and accuracy.
• Provide accounting guidance for PCard, Travel, AP, and AR transactions within centralized and decentralized processes.
• Review transactions via ServiceNow workflows and coordinate with the University Controller’s Office.
• Interpret accounting principles and funding requirements to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
