Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field with 12 credit hours in accounting and three years of professional accounting experience, including at least one supervisory role.
• Experience with multi-funding environments and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with internal controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management of the centralized financial operations team.
• Oversee complex transactions across federal, state, and receipt-supported funds and ensure accurate accounting.
• Interpret and apply regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance and strengthen internal controls.
• Communicate financial policy requirements clearly to departments and central offices; serve as liaison for system and workflow enhancements.
