Reporting to the Director of Business Services, the role ensures compliance with federal/state requirements, manages high-risk transactions, and strengthens internal controls while supervising staff and guiding process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials or similar financial reporting systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for the centralized financial operations team.
• Direct workflow and ensure timely processing with strong internal controls.
• Oversee high-risk and complex financial transactions for compliance and accuracy.
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance across multiple funding sources and ledgers.
