Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting/finance.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Ability to apply fiscal regulations and ensure compliance in clinical research/healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Compliance management of grant/contract/clinical trial terms and sponsor requirements.
• Invoicing, accounts receivable, and cash management to maintain positive cash flow.
• Prepare month-end close entries and financial statements in GAAP alignment.
• Produce financial reports for management and sponsors, including ad hoc analyses.
• Coordinate project closeout, ensure cost share, remove unallowable costs, and finalize subawards/expenses.
• Support audit processes with documentation and control evidence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
