Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and budget planning.
• Ability to resolve complex financial and compliance issues with sound judgment.
• Deep understanding of financial management in clinical trial settings and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure grant/contract/clinical trial compliance and post‑award activities.
• Process invoicing, accounts receivable, and cash management.
• Manage month‑end close and journal entries in line with GAAP.
• Prepare financial reports and sponsor required forms with accuracy.
• Execute project closeout and ensure cost-share and subaward accounting.
• Support audits with required documentation.
