Job summary

The LA Conservation Corps is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead the organization’s invoicing, grant and contract billing, and receivables reporting. You will ensure GAAP-compliant processes, accuracy of invoices, and timely reimbursements, coordinating with Programs, Compliance and Finance to support audits and funder requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration required.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience in accounts receivable, grants billing, contract billing, nonprofit finance, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation, review, approval, and submission of grant, contract, and reimbursement-based invoices.
• Monitor accounts receivable and unbilled receivables portfolio and aging balances.
• Coordinate with funders and staff to resolve payment issues and ensure GAAP/compliance.
