Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate and timely invoices for all clients and projects.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Review grant agreements to understand allowable costs and billing structures.
• Maintain organized and audit-ready grant files and financial records.
• Collaborate with program managers to ensure accurate grant spending.
