Job summary

The American Nurses Enterprise (ANE) seeks a Program Management Support Staff Specialist to assist federal grant programs, monitor documentation, and coordinate the mentorship model across all phases. The role includes preparing stipend payments, entering annual goals, and submitting quarterly SPARS data for reporting accuracy.

The position emphasizes administrative, program, and customer support, with calendar coordination for meetings and logistics, in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BA) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–3 years’ experience managing grants and nonprofit finances.
• Strong organizational and data project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently or in a team.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word and familiarity with data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supports the MFP with information gathering for annual audits and licensure reviews.
• Prepares stipend payments and reconciles documentation for finance review.
• Enters annual goals, tracks offerings, and submits SPARS data to SAMHSA.
• Manages program mailbox and handles inquiries about financial and administrative matters.
• Supports special program projects and mentorship model expansion.
• Assists in planning and coordinating the annual Intensive Training Institute (ITI) Conference.
