The American Nurses Enterprise (ANE) is seeking to hire a Program Management Support Staff Specialist.
The Program Management Support Staff Specialist supports federal grant programs by helping achieve established data collection goals and coordinating the program’s mentorship model through all phases, including the ongoing recruitment of mentors. This position primarily reviews and tracks documentation submitted by fellows and prepares stipend payment files for finance and management review. The role also enters annual goals, tracks educational offerings, submits quarterly data in the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Performance Accountability and Reporting System (SPARS), and ensures expenses charged to the Minority Fellowship Program (MFP) Center credit card are reconciled in the American Nurses Enterprise (ANE) online system with the appropriate invoice and receipt within five business days. In addition, the position provides administrative, program, and customer support and manages calendar coordination for program meetings and logistics.
