This role supports the financial and operational management of grant-funded programs, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations and consistent, high-quality service. You’ll collaborate with leadership to support program planning, reporting, and continuous process improvement, while also coordinating office activities and fostering positive working relationships across teams.
What You’ll Do
- Support financial tracking, reporting, and oversight for grant-funded program activities.
- Assist with daily operational needs and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Work with leadership to support program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Coordinate office communications, documentation, and workflow.
- Maintain strong internal and external relationships to support program success.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- (or 4+ years of equivalent experience)
- Experience in project coordination, data analysis, reporting, or program planning is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
