Job summary

American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) seeks a seasoned professional to design, implement, and evaluate educational programs aligned with strategic goals. The role supports grant development, budgeting, and collaborative education initiatives, coordinating with internal departments and funders.

Responsibilities include tracking milestones, reporting outcomes, and ensuring high-quality CE content. Remote/hybrid/in-office work options are available, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in NP or Pharmacy.
• Five or more years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Pharmacist.
• Experience in academic or continuing education with adult learning.
• Experience developing and managing grant and project budgets.
• Experience conducting literature reviews.
• Preferred: experience writing needs assessments and grant proposals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs aligned with identified needs and AANP strategic goals.
• Prepare grant proposal budgets and submit information to funders.
• Manage and oversee educational activities, materials, and assigned initiatives.
• Coordinate program faculty, contributors, vendors, and peer reviewers.
• Develop, track, and oversee projects to meet milestones and deliverables.
• Analyze program data and prepare learner outcomes analyses and reports.
