Job summary

The American Nurses Enterprise (ANE) is seeking a Program Management Support Staff Specialist in Silver Spring, MD. This full-time role supports federal grant programs by coordinating data collection, reviewing fellows' documentation, and preparing stipend payments for finance and management review.

You will enter annual goals, track educational offerings, submit quarterly SPARS data, and reconcile expenses on the MFP Center Card while ensuring invoices and receipts are matched within five

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience managing grants and nonprofit finances.
• Experience in project management within a grant-funded program.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with SPARS or similar data entry systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the MFP audit by gathering information from existing files.
• Prepare stipend payments and verify submitted documentation.
• Enter annual goals, track offerings, and submit quarterly SPARS data.
• Reconcile expenses on the MFP Center Card with invoices and receipts within five days.
• Monitor and manage the program mailbox and respond to inquiries.
• Support special program projects as assigned.
• Assist in coordinating ITI Conference planning and related activities.
