Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in university learning center administration is preferred.
• Experience with assessing student support needs and tutoring or teaching is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to academic alerts, manage cases, and assist with caseload campaigns and interventions for a specific population of students.
• Work one-on-one with students to identify and overcome barriers to their academic success.
• Facilitate workshops on study skills, time management, and strategies to improve retention.
• Serve as an academic coach for a cohort of undergraduate students and meet individually to develop success plans.
• Provide outreach based on risk factors and escalate to other departments when appropriate.
