Job summary

Delaware County Health Department seeks a Program Coordinator for Grant Management to serve as the primary liaison for grant management within the division and ensure grant reporting requirements are met. Under the Division Administrator, you will coordinate with program teams and monitor deliverables, timelines, and expenditures.

The role requires 2+ years of related experience, strong written communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of administrative, grant, program, or project coordination experience.
• Experience coordinating projects and managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet background and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between program teams and the Division Administrator regarding program operations, grant requirements, deliverables, and other program-related matters.
• Serve as the liaison between the Division and Grants Manager regarding grant-related fiscal and administrative matters.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of assigned grant agreements, contracts, workplans, and deliverables to support compliance with grant requirements.
• Track and monitor grant program activities, timelines, deliverables, and overall status on behalf of the Division Administrator.
• Prepare, coordinate, and submit non-financial grant reports and other required program documentation.
