LEARN Regional Educational Service Center is seeking an ECE Coordinator to support high-quality early childhood programs across southeastern Connecticut. The role blends program leadership, technical assistance, and professional learning to strengthen early childhood education and family engagement in alignment with statewide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience supporting or managing early childhood programming (curriculum, assessment, standards, environments).
• Knowledge of CT ELDS & CT DOTS is a plus.
• Experience with NAEYC Accreditation, local governance, and OEC grants is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with early childhood programs, families, and community stakeholders to support high-quality services.
• Provide individualized technical assistance, professional learning, and facilitation support.
• Support initiatives such as NAEYC Accreditation, Tri-Share, and local governance work.
• Collect, maintain, and report data to support continuous quality improvement.
• Represent LEARN in local and statewide meetings and professional communities.
• Promote and model equity-based practices across early childhood systems.
